ATHLETIC FEE: $150.00 (per student, 6th-12th) Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Baseball
$175.00 (per student, 6th-12th) Football players ONLY, covers all sports

1 – Full payment by June 1 (amount shown in parentheses above)
2 – Two payments – 1st due June 1; 2nd due December 1 (each payment is ½ amount in parentheses above)
3 – Twelve monthly payments – Due the 1st of each month, June – May
LATE PAYMENT FEE: $25.00 per student/per month for payments received after the 10th of the month
