The goals and objectives of the Bible Department are based upon the GreenvilleChristianSchool of Faith. Our courses are all taught from an unwavering belief in the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons:Father, Son, and Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ and His atoning death on our behalf. We believe that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him.We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
Among the goals of this department, we endeavor to assist the student in gaining a working knowledge of both the Old and New Testaments. We introduce and expand the student’s understanding of the Godhead. The ability to grasp doctrines, teachings and practices of the Christian Faith is stressed. Finally, knowing God in and experiential, witness-producing way is our ultimate goal for each student.
